The aim of this blog is to help small apps to get reviewed and hopefully get some publicity. The Android Market is full of great apps which have went unnoticed because of no or very less marketing. A developer should be concerned with making an app, so that he is able to give his best to it. But even after months of hard work, the app gets a mere 40-50 downloads.
Highly demotivating! Even more demotivating is the fact that people with apps inferior to theirs, like a fart app or a notepad app, has millions of downloads although they are nothing more than a mere joke or done without much hard work.
Does this mean that Android Market is a place where there is no space for innovative ideas? Does it mean that new people or people with low/no marketing capital won’t get space in the Android Market?
This space here is to change all this. Let’s promote the quality apps instead of apps made by Huge Corporates! Let’s make it a fair game, let everyone have a chance to show that they are better, they aren’t just promoting it.
